MSNBC host Stephanie Ruhle made a strange reference to the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks on Thursday while mentioning the release date for Hillary Clinton's new book.

"Former presidential candidate Hillary Clinton announced her new memoir about her 2016 election defeat and it will be called What Happened," Ruhle said. "It is due out September 12th. September 11th would have been a bad date."
