Rep. Scalise Rules out Another Government Shutdown

SCALISE: “We're going to keep the government running at current levels. In fact, we have passed a majority of the spending bills out of the House already. Not one has been taken up by the Senate. Look, shouldn't the Senate at least be able to agree on the bill to fund our troops? That's a bill that got over 100 Democrats when it passed out of the House.”
