MEADOWS: "Well, you're right. They are frustrated, I’m frustrated, the president is frustrated and they have every right to be. I mean, I can tell you the people that I talked to Steve, said why was there not something on the president’s desk on January 20th, and here we are just past July 20th and we have still yet to do anything. And so that’s why just the other day we put forth a — what they would call a discharge petition to force a vote on a clean repeal, and let’s put at least on President Trump’s desk the same thing that we put on President Obama’s desk. It’s time for action."
