Hayes on Health Care: ‘This Has Been a Bad Moment for Republicans After Seven Years’

‘This is as partisan as Washington has been in years’

EXCERPT:

LEVENTHAL: "'The New York Times' has an op-ed today that because the effort to repeal and replace ObamaCare an embarrassing popcorn-worthy drama.”
HAYES: "That’s what you’d expect 'The New York Times' to say. Just like Nancy Pelosi. It might be the Nancy Pelosi left on that. But they have a point. This has been a bad moment for Republicans after seven years of promising to repeal and replace. They haven’t been able to do it. The legislation that they've produced both in the House and the Senate does not really shift the country towards a more free-market path in health care, which is what Republican had said they would do."
