If you just pull out at this moment, you are not going to affect the Iranian economy. You're going to isolate the United States with Europeans and that ballistic missile issue which won’t be addressed. If you take a more balanced approach, you can get the Europeans to agree to a tougher affect in terms of countering that ballistic missile."
