Patrick Granfield: In Many Ways Iran Has a ‘Schizophrenic Foreign Policy’

Iran is a very difficult situation, in many ways it has a schizophrenic foreign policy but I think trying to continue to engage and have an outlet so we can talk to some of the moderates is probably the best course of action."
