CNN’s Alisyn Camerota Admits She Has ‘Russia Fatigue’ (Mediaite)

Appearing on the Bernie & Sid radio show, Camerota confessed to wishing for there to be days in which Russia wasn’t part of her show’s rundown.

“I hear your Russia fatigue. And I share it,” Camerota told host Sid Rosenberg. “You know, there are many mornings I come in and pray for other news to eclipse any sort of Russia thread…For sure.”

Camerota says she days what she can to try and limit the amount of Russia talk that’s heard on New Day, but it isn’t always up to her and co-host Chris Cuomo.

“Am I free at any time to say to my executive producer, which I do pretty regularly, ‘Hey, I don’t want to do this in this segment, I want to do this,'” Camerota said. “And then it’s a debate. And sometimes I win that debate, and sometimes my executive producer says no.”
