Zeke Emanuel: If GOP Bill Fails There Is an Opening for Bipartisan Health Care Reform

EMANUEL: "That’s actually the key to the long-term making health care more affordable for the public, is to change how we deliver care. That reduces the cost. That’s what my book is about, it's illustrating cases where this really does work. That’s bipartisan. It’s not individual party, the way Mitch McConnell is doing it. And we can do it because there are good examples that can be copied around the country."
