Cardin: I Urge the House to Pass Russian Sanctions Bill and Make It Clear We Won’t Tolerate Interference

‘We need to get that bill passed now’

EXCERPT:

CARDIN: "There is a disagreement on how the House will review that, they have to resolve that but make it clear, we need to get that bill passed now. It passed 98-2 in the Senate, this is about what Russia was doing here in the United States, and it’s important for Congress to act definitively in a timely matter. So I just urge my House colleagues to pass the bill we sent over to them now and make it clear to Russia we won't tolerate this type of interference in our elections or what they are doing in regards to the Ukraine, or Georgia, or in Syria."
