RUSH EXCERPT:

PETKANAS: "Sure, the reason it is an unnecessary commission is that it’s goal is actually not to look for voter fraud. There is very little evidence that voter fraud actually exists. More people are hit by lightning in the United States then commit voter fraud, and so the states are really standing up to this administration for two reasons. One, they are concerned about consolidation of this information, names, addresses, birthdays, last four digits of Social Security numbers, in one place, which is a hacker’s dream, and second, how this information is going to be used. Kris kobach, who you mentioned is running this commission, in the state of Kansas has used this to purge voter rolls of American citizens who shared names, for example, with undocumented immigrants. So we are very concerned that this information will be used as a vehicle to do that nationwide.
