PAYTON: "But what often gets ignored is that this hostility often starts at a much younger age. In one instance there was a little kindergarten girl who was told to stop praying during mealtimes by her teacher. And when the little girl responded, you know, 'But praying is a good thing,' the teacher said, 'No, it isn't.' A valedictorian in Texas, when he was delivering his speech at graduation, his microphone was cut off when he started to talk about faith and freedom. These are just two examples out of many, many in this report. We need to stand up and defend our first freedom, which is religious liberty, or else we are in danger of losing all the rest."
