When you have an individual who says one thing one day and something else on another day and says he’s the best guy, that his best adviser is himself, they have real problems. So I think that — and he’s pulling out. Let me remind you he's pulled out of the Paris agreement. He’s pulled out of the Trans-Pacific Partnership. So he’s pulling out of multilateral deals and questions EU and questions NATO. They have real concerns about his leadership."
