Huckabee: ‘The CBO Number Is Very Misleading’

HUCKABEE: "Well, they could. I think this — CBO number is very misleading. First of all, remember when 20 million people were going to get covered under ObamaCare and only 11 million did? Part of the reason is they didn’t want it or couldn’t afford it. The bigger question still comes -- how do you fix the system? And you don’t fix it just by giving people a coverage. You fix it by making a partnership between the doctors and the patients where they exercise healthier choices and the way they live. And then the insurance covers for things like healthy living doesn’t naturally take care of. But I just continually marvel that the Democrats don’t want to have an honest discussion about the failures of ObamaCare and how many people lost jobs, lost hours at work, lost their coverage they want to pretend it’s working brilliant and even they know it isn’t."
