Biden v. Obama: The VP Calls for Troops out of Afghanistan

Speaking today at the Making Progress 2014 Summit in Washington, D.C., Vice President Biden asked himself: "Do I believe it's time for our combat troops to be out not only from Iraq but also Afghanistan?"

He then answered, "Yes I do," putting him at odds with his own administration's foreign policy.
