FNC: Senate Judiciary Cmte. Investigating if A.G. Lynch Tried to Block Clinton Email Probe

‘There was no immediate comment from Lynch’

RUSH EXCERPT:
MACCALLUM: "The other break breaking story tonight, the Senate judiciary Committee sending a letter to attorney general Loretta lynch, ordering her to hand over communications that she had on the Russia investigation."
HERRIDGE: "The senators are investigating whether she tried to block the FBI case. The chairman and recognition for writing that they want relevant documents and answers from Lynch of media reports that she would not allow the FBI investigation into Hillary Clinton’s mishandling of classified information to go too far. Whether those supported assurances are shared with the DNC Chair Debbie Wasserman Schultz. Comey said he went public about the email case last summer because he lost confidence in lynch and in cryptic testimony he appeared to reference a vital record."
