That by Comey’s own admission triggered Comey to go out and leak legally this unclassified memorandum which he wrote to himself to the “New York Times.” And I think when you see Donald Trump go out and do it that way, that only causes more and more problems. Republicans privately grumble every time he tweets and he doesn’t tweet something that is main stream."
