SCHOEN: "I wish I could disagree with what Mercedes Schlapp said. Sadly, I have to agree because she is a target, she talks process, as we heard, insider games. Her negative is on a very high as a San Francisco Democrat. I don’t think they have the votes. They tried to get rid of her last year and it didn’t work. As a Democrat, if she is out front and center as we saw in Georgia, Kansas, and Montana, it only hurts the party and it seems she is not going anywhere. The Democrats really only have one asset, and that’s the Republicans. And when I say that, if you look at this health care bill and how draconian it is, that’s really going to give them a target. That really is the way to deflect. I wish we had a positive agenda, we don’t."
