Swalwell: No I Don’t Think Obama Did Enough to Warn Americans About Russia

TUR: "Do you think that the Obama Administration did enough at the time to warn Americans and to make sure that they knew the severity of what was happening before the election?"
SWALWELL: "No, I wish they had done more. We learned today what they had done, but considerations that were being made about not wanting to affect the outcome of the election — Donald Trump himself had claimed that the election was going to be rigged. So raising these concerns may have played into that claim by Donald Trump who made that for different reasons. I wish the Obama Administration had done more."
