Swalwell: ‘We Need a President Who Understands that We Were Attacked’ by Russia

SWALWELL: "I don't know, but we need a president to understand that we were attacked, and the best way to solve a problem is to acknowledge that you have one. Katy, regardless of whether any U.S. persons worked with Russia, I think out of today’s hearing we all understood that it will be worse in 2018 if we do nothing. And if the President of the United States doesn’t have that awareness or will to protect us going forward, we will be in a heap of trouble."
