McCain: We’ve Seen ‘No Action’ Against Russia and ‘that Sends the Wrong Message’ to Putin

McCAIN: "We passed a very strong bill by a vote of 98-2. I hope that we can get that issue resolved. Here’s the facts. The facts are, since they tried to affect the outcome of our election, and I have seen no evidence that they were able to, but they tried, we have seen no action whatsoever. So, we need to, I hope, take it up in the House, overwhelming vote, send it to the President and I hope that he would sign it, but if he didn’t, his veto would be overridden."
