REPORTER: "Sean, just following-up on the president's meeting with the Ukrainian president, whether the president like to see Russia get out of eastern Ukraine and does he see Moscow as the aggressor in this conflict?"
SPICER: "I think we've been clear that -- yeah, I mean, obviously that's part of the reason that there are sanctions is because until they are out of eastern Ukraine, we are going to continue to have sanctions on Russia and we believe that that is -- that is Ukraine's -- part of Ukraine."
