Judge Napolitano: ‘Lynch Should be Under a Criminal Investigation’

‘It is enough of an argument and it is sufficient evidential basis to commence a criminal investigation’

EXCERPT:

NAPOLITANO: "He basically said that his boss at the time, President Obama's final Attorney General, or Loretta Lynch ordered him to do things which were based on the political wishes of the White House and the political viability of Hillary Clinton. Stated differently, the director of the FBI believed that the attorney general of the United States was attempting to utter impede or quash the investigation of Hillary Clinton's alleged espionage, her failure to safeguard state secrets that had been given to her for safe keeping. So that Hillary Clinton could be elected to succeed Barack Obama as president. I don't know if that's true. Jim Comey doesn't know if it's true. But it is enough of an argument and the sufficient evidential -- base -- a sufficient evidential basis to commence a criminal investigation of a former Attorney General Loretta Lynch for obstruction of justice and misconduct an office."
