Kraushaar: If Trump Fires Mueller, It Would Be Like Waving the White Flag of Surrender

‘If Trump did decide to fire Special Counsel Mueller, the politics would change pretty markedly’

EXCERPT:

KRAUSHAAR: "It is a lot of speculation. You can sense the political heat in Washington. If Trump did decide to fire Special Counsel Mueller, the politics would change pretty markedly. The real question is, will Republicans continue to defend the President, defend the administration and help the administration out? If Donald Trump fired Special Counsel Miller, it would be like waving a white flag and saying surrender. It would really detach the Republican support for Trump, at least threaten to detach that support for Trump, and it would make these Democrats in Congress smelling blood and trying to go after the administration even more aggressively."
