Secretary of State Rex Tillerson confirmed America's commitment to international organizations on Wednesday while testifying on Capitol Hill.

Tillerson was discussing the proposed budget for the State Department when Rep. Gregory Meeks (D., N.Y.) asked Tillerson about America's commitment under the Trump administration to various international organizations.

"So do we support the EU [European Union]?" Meeks asked.

"I think we've been quite clear that we do," Tillerson said.
