Obamacare remains a “net negative for the president and his party,” NBC political editor Mark Murray said on The Daily Rundown Thursday.

A new NBC / Wall Street Journal poll revealed 52 percent of respondents said the law needed a “major overhaul”  or should be eliminated all together.

“The health care numbers. They continue to be so low, Mark,” said fill-in host Kristin Welker.
