COSTA: “Well, it's fascinating to watch some of these comments coming out of Capitol Hill. Republicans, even Senator Corker who recently played golf with President Trump, are talking about their belief that the President should pull back on his use of Twitter. Inside of the White House my sources are telling me, and on Capitol Hill, that they’ve had enough with the President stepping on his own agenda, stepping on his own message. They feel like they have such a limited time now between the recess and today to get anything done that the more the President erupts with this rage on social media, the more the Republican program is hampered.”
