Former Democratic National Committee spokesman Mohamed Elleithee appeared on Fox News' "Outnumbered" Thursday where he expressed his criticism of the DNC.

Elleithee did not sugarcoat what he thought about his former employer when he said the DNC was in "really bad shape" and "decimated" before and after the 2016 election.

"The DNC was in really, really bad shape heading into and coming out of this election," he said. "It had been decimated—I'm not just talking about the Wikileaks stuff, right?"
