It undermines the credibility of both the politicians and the institutions, and it’s just a real disappointment. By the way, to the point that I think it was Bernie Sanders, I couldn’t see it who said that -- that we’re going to take the one nutritious meal away from --"

MULVANEY: "-- we don’t cuts -- we don't cut meals on wheels. So it’s so frustrating, but I’m glad have a chance to sit here and talk about how we do one thing which is very important, which is we are defending the taxpayer. This is a taxpayer first budget, and that’s how we approached it."
