MSNBC’s Nance: ‘Quite Possible’ Manchester Attack Is ‘Part of Something Bigger’

‘He came from a family that came from Libya and it appears that the father himself may have had ties to an al Qaeda based group’

EXCERPT:

JANSING: "How likely do you think it is that this attack is part of something bigger?"
NANCE: "Well it’s quite possible that it is . This person was an immigrant from Libya. He came from a family that came from Libya and it appears that the father himself may have had ties to an al Qaeda based group. And if he had gone to Syria, then you’re talking about a logistical pipeline that brought him from where he was possibly radicalized him and trained him and then brought him back. That shows a level of sophistication beyond what we call a lone wolf or a known wolf."
