Schlapp on Trump’s ‘Nut Job’ Remark: ‘There Are Conversations that Happen in a Diplomatic Setting’

‘I think it was perfectly appropriate for him to fire Jim Comey’

EXCERPT:

SCHLAPP: "What I think is this, that there are conversations that happen in a diplomatic setting. President Obama was overheard. I to this day don’t know what he meant when he said, 'I will have flexibility.' I think what he meant is he was saying one thing publicly and he would be able to do something else differently after the election. I think what President Trump was trying to do is tell the Russians that there is nothing to this collusion. I think they all know there is nothing to this collusion."
