BOLTON: "As you think about this, 15 1/2 years after the 9/11 attacks on New York and Washington when we thought we had a national resolve to put an end to this problem, we’re still seeing the tragedies that we’ve just encountered in Manchester, England. We still see this problem with the Palestinians. And I think we somewhere along the way lost our willpower to do what we had sort of agreed to do after 9/11, which is to do whatever was necessary to destroy the terrorists. We got distracted."
