Barnicle: Trump ‘Incriminates Himself Nearly Every Day, One Way or Another’

‘He incriminates himself nearly every day, Joe, in one way or another’

EXCERPT:

BARNICLE: "He incriminates himself nearly every day, Joe, in one way or another. But what about the defense that it’s just complete ignorance of the process that’s causing him to do this?"
RATTNER: "I think that’s certainly a piece of it. Obviously he’s used to being in a private sector where you call people up and tell them not to do things or ask them to do things, especially people who work for you. So I think there's some of that. But you have to believe now that he's this far into it, there’s been this many cases and examples of him behaving inappropriately that it must have penetrated his brain that you have to at least think about these things or, perhaps even more importantly, penetrated the circle around him of people realizing that this is going on and saying something to him like, 'You shouldn’t be doing this, you can’t do this, can’t say that.'"
