GONZALES: “I think, you know, we’ve got now this special counsel appointed, I think perhaps if I were advising the President I would probably advice the President the less said the better, quite frankly. And moving forward, my advice would be something like, you know, if asked a question I would probably say something like, ‘My feelings about this are on the record. This is now in the hands of the special counsel, and I’ve got nothing else to say about it.’ That would be my advice to the President of the United States.”
