MSNBC: Poll Shows Only 29 Percent Approve of Trump’s Firing of Comey

BRZEZINSKI: “On that note, a new NBC News/'Wall Street Journal' poll shows only 29 percent of Americans approve of the President’s firing of James Comey, 38 percent disapprove. Opinions are sharply divided along partisan lines with 58 percent of Republicans approving, 66 percent of Democrats disapproving. Most independents have no opinion of the firing, but more disapprove than approve - 36 percent to 21 percent. When voters were asked if they prefer to investigate Russia’s involvement in the presidential election, just 15 percent picked Congress, 78 percent support an independent commission or special prosecutor.”
