ISSA: "Well this is one of the challenges. There were multiple good reasons to fire the director going all the way back to the iPhone scandal where he claimed something that just wasn’t true and tried to push the -- the authority of the FBI far beyond where it had been historically. Certainly, the mishandling of a very public press conferences he did in the Hillary Clinton investigation led to Democrats calling for his removal. So I think one of the challenges as people keep looking for one reason for his dismissal rather than a series that caused both parties to lose confidence in him."
