Heilemann: ‘No Good Reason’ for Rosenstein to ‘Remain Loyal’ to Trump

HEILEMANN: "Again, I ask the question, what is to prevent Rod Rosenstein this morning from looking up and saying, 'You know what? Democrats and a number of Republicans now say the only way for us to get a fair, independent impartial investigation into the Russia matter is for there to be a special prosecutor. I’m going to call for one today, and put forward a name that would be credible and seen as non-partisan or bipartisan. What’s to stop that man right now in terms of both his personal reputation and his political posture in the administration? It seems to me there’s no good reason for him any longer to remain loyal or do what Donald Trump and Jeff Sessions want him to do. Just come out and do the right thing."
