Newt Gingrich Compares Hillary Clinton to Kim Kardashian (Mediaite)

During another host-only edition of CNN’sCrossfire Tuesday, Newt Gingrich reached back to 2011 to draw an elaborate analogy betweenHillary Clinton and Kim Kardashian.

Now that Bill Clinton is defending his wife’s “dead broke” comment, Gingrich decided to compare the political prowess of the former president and first lady.

“You have to understand the problem Bill Clinton has,” Gingrich said. “Bill is to politics what Fred Astaire was to dancing. He is just automatically amazing.” And while he “wants to have Ginger Rogers out there dancing” with him, instead, Gingrich explained, “it’s a little bit like watching Kim Kardashian get kicked off the set by Prince.”
