If we are going to win in the next election cycle, we have to have Republicans activated, which means Republicans in the house and Senate are meeting the promises they made to the American people. If we can get taxes down, which hopefully it can grow the economy and put more people back to work with better jobs, that’s how we actually win. But if we deflate our base and don’t meet our promises, Democrats for sure will walk away with victory in 18 months."
