MEYERS: "Claiming you’ve been a good president just because you’ve signed a lot of executive orders makes no sense. But don’t just take it from me, take it from this guy."

TRUMP: "We have a president that can’t get anybody to do anything. So he signs, you know, executive orders. And the country wasn’t supposed to be that way."
