Krauthammer: Kim Jong Un Is ‘Dangerous ‘But He Is Not Crazy’

BAIER: “One lawmaker said today, the only positive thing he heard is that there is no evidence that the regime is suicidal.”
KRAUTHAMMER: “It is not. In fact, the reason it is doing all this, it thinks it will guarantee its own survival if it has a nuclear weapon that will deter an American invasion. That makes a lot of sense. This man is dangerous, but he is not crazy.”
BAIER: “Maybe, but he is — not that crazy.”
