Conway: ‘Building that Wall and Having It Funded Remains an Important Priority’

‘Since President Trump took office illegal border crossings are down to 17-year low’

EXCERPT:

CONWAY: "The President made clear just yesterday, Ainsley, building the wall remains a very important priority to him. He also reminded people that there’s a flow of illegal immigrants over the border, but there is also the flow of drugs. I don’t really hear a lot of Democrats talk about that. The President has made very clear that drugs are poisoning our youth and others. He said it again just yesterday. Building that wall and having it funded remains an important priority to him. But we also know that that can happen later this year and into next year. And in the interim you see other smart technology and other resources and tools being used toward border security. We should also remind the viewers that just since President Trump took office illegal border crossings are down to 17-year low. So it’s his resolve plus the tools and resources."
