They are both true. He’s not in free fall right now. There was a period of time a few weeks ago where we thought he could be down in the mid-30s. He gets there and then he's in free fall, and then people who would be his normal supporters in Congress start to say, 'Hey, you have no ability to sway me, you have no ability to intimidate me.
