[excerpt Carlson Were joined ░░░░░░░░ Tammy Bruce s been ░░░░░░░░ the story Tammy it ░░░░░░░░ great to see you ░░░░░░░░ Bruce Thanks for having ░░░░░░░░ And I m not ░░░░░░░░ to be on your ░░░░░░░░ It s a lovely ░░░░░░░░ Carlson You re never ░░░░░░░░ That s what I ░░░░░░░░ about you This is ░░░░░░░░ and I wish I ░░░░░░░░ t have to concede ░░░░░░░░ an isolated story You ░░░░░░░░ seeing all kinds of ░░░░░░░░ on the American flag ░░░░░░░░ a symbol equating it ░░░░░░░░ racism oppression So clearly ░░░░░░░░ big is going on ░░░░░░░░ What is it Bruce ░░░░░░░░ this is the subject ░░░░░░░░ my column on Wednesday ░░░░░░░░ The Washington Times which ░░░░░░░░ was also working on ░░░░░░░░ because there are now ░░░░░░░░ many strange issues It ░░░░░░░░ not just about being ░░░░░░░░ wanting safe spaces it ░░░░░░░░ now turned into violence ░░░░░░░░ what we saw at ░░░░░░░░ the efforts to shut ░░░░░░░░ speakers like Heather McDonald ░░░░░░░░ about blue lives matter ░░░░░░░░ s a situation which ░░░░░░░░ fascinating in that if ░░░░░░░░ actually have to opt ░░░░░░░░ and have to argue ░░░░░░░░ have the American flag ░░░░░░░░ at Student Senate meetings ░░░░░░░░ their argument is that ░░░░░░░░ s view of what ░░░░░░░░ United States is is ░░░░░░░░ And here s I ░░░░░░░░ what the problem is ░░░░░░░░ that we ve got ░░░░░░░░ dynamic now we ve ░░░░░░░░ young people who are ░░░░░░░░ to college who are ░░░░░░░░ not having to pay ░░░░░░░░ it who view America ░░░░░░░░ an oppressor state This ░░░░░░░░ a statement that they ░░░░░░░░ obviously America as the ░░░░░░░░ They don t want ░░░░░░░░ be associated with it ░░░░░░░░ yet I can guarantee ░░░░░░░░ that these are individuals ░░░░░░░░ also have federal loans ░░░░░░░░ student loans who are ░░░░░░░░ probably on state grants ░░░░░░░░ perhaps even on alumni ░░░░░░░░ as well And if ░░░░░░░░ nation is so offensive ░░░░░░░░ them which they argue ░░░░░░░░ it is then perhaps ░░░░░░░░ shouldn t enjoy federal ░░░░░░░░ paid for with American ░░░░░░░░ dollars So we re ░░░░░░░░ I think it a ░░░░░░░░ a generation if you ░░░░░░░░ at this stage now ░░░░░░░░ the millennials that have ░░░░░░░░ not had American history ░░░░░░░░ had teachers who have ░░░░░░░░ them into this dynamic ░░░░░░░░ leftist teachers or they ░░░░░░░░ individuals who in this ░░░░░░░░ the person at UC ░░░░░░░░ a public school is ░░░░░░░░ a naturalized citizen And ░░░░░░░░ they ve come here ░░░░░░░░ to necessarily become a ░░░░░░░░ of America but to ░░░░░░░░ it And I think ░░░░░░░░ re in trouble if ░░░░░░░░ is the next generation ░░░░░░░░ it is in charge ░░░░░░░░ business and the social ░░░░░░░░ Carlson If the people ░░░░░░░░ wind up running your ░░░░░░░░ hate that country that ░░░░░░░░ called suicide My question ░░░░░░░░ why are we surprised ░░░░░░░░ you allow generations of ░░░░░░░░ to grow up in ░░░░░░░░ education system that teaches ░░░░░░░░ the country they live ░░░░░░░░ is immoral fatally flawed ░░░░░░░░ the start that it ░░░░░░░░ disgusting and not worth ░░░░░░░░ and that the ideals ░░░░░░░░ was founded upon a ░░░░░░░░ this is what you ░░░░░░░░ isn t it Bruce ░░░░░░░░ is and yet Americans ░░░░░░░░ to not raise children ░░░░░░░░ that This is what ░░░░░░░░ fascinating is that is ░░░░░░░░ a choice of individuals ░░░░░░░░ to public school where ░░░░░░░░ kind of mob mentality ░░░░░░░░ versus private schools And ░░░░░░░░ instance Clemson has paid ░░░░░░░░ 000 taxpayer dollars for ░░░░░░░░ diversity course that explains ░░░░░░░░ if you expect people ░░░░░░░░ show up on time ░░░░░░░░ s racist It s ░░░░░░░░ I just think that ░░░░░░░░ there s going to ░░░░░░░░ fewer liberals on television ░░░░░░░░ radio because that s ░░░░░░░░ time certain environment You ░░░░░░░░ got people who then ░░░░░░░░ to go get jobs ░░░░░░░░ re going to hire ░░░░░░░░ person from university who ░░░░░░░░ not been involved in ░░░░░░░░ nonsense knows how to ░░░░░░░░ up on time What ░░░░░░░░ these young people going ░░░░░░░░ do when they show ░░░░░░░░ in a world that ░░░░░░░░ has expectations of them ░░░░░░░░ are being abandoned we ░░░░░░░░ losing an entire generation ░░░░░░░░ understands business and economics ░░░░░░░░ requires love of the ░░░░░░░░ and a future and ░░░░░░░░ certainly have lost that ░░░░░░░░ of course the situation ░░░░░░░░ is a very good ░░░░░░░░ of even trying to ░░░░░░░░ the imagery of a ░░░░░░░░ that is based on ░░░░░░░░ idea which is why ░░░░░░░░ flag in and of ░░░░░░░░ is so important.”
