If I’m a Senate Democrat, I’m keeping my powder dry on this one, look stately for one time which they can't manage to do under Trump presidency. No, they can't. They are so rabid, they have to oppose everything. Show some patience one, then live to fight another day. That would be the smart position. I just don’t know if they can do it.”
