Dan Crenshaw: George Floyd ‘Injustice Does Not Justify Further Injustices Against Other People’

‘Like you said, 130 businesses being destroyed, there is no justification for that’

RUSH EXCERPT:

CRENSHAW: “I think two things are true. George Floyd should be alive. There is a very clear injustice there. And I think there is also wide agreement on what should happen. With respect to bringing justice, to not just that one officer, but looking at all of them. That there is no disagreement there. But there also shouldn’t be disagreement on what is happening with these riots. In the injustice that is occurring against innocent people in Minneapolis because of this. And I’m a little confused at some people that want to just brush right past that and make excuses for it. That is also not okay. We can live by a very clear system of justice in this country, and we should come and we should all unite around George Floyd’s case. I think that is very clear. And we should also be able to say that that injustice does not justify further injustices against other people. Like you said, 130 businesses being destroyed, there is no justification for that.”
