VELSHI: "That's one area of what we're looking at. You've talked about agriculture. What's the big way in which you see us getting off of fossil fuels? You've embraced the Green New Deal. How do you see us fully getting there? Is that going to be enough? Is -- is taxing carbon going to be enough of a [indecipherable] because gas prices will go up, oil prices will go up, coal prices will go up?"
BUTTIGIEG: "I think it's necessary but not sufficient. So my idea of a Green New Deal is one that layers all of these things together. I don't see how we do it without --"
