Gunman Who Exchanged Fire with Police Outside Federal Courthouse Caught on Video

HEMMER: "This is brand-new video now into Fox. Appearing to show the alleged shooter trying to get away from police. This is the first time we have seen this now. We're told the suspect was wounded, then arrested, taken to a nearby hospital. At the moment, not clear if anyone else was injured. Police also checking on a nearby vehicle for possible explosives. No word on a motive there, but we will keep you posted after seeing this video a moment ago."
