Joe Scarborough: Trump Is the Least Transparent President in the History of the U.S.

‘It’s clear he covered up time and time again on both large and small things’

EXCERPT:

SCARBOROUGH: “Well, because he’s — right now he is the least transparent president in the history of the United States, not the most, as he said. And it’s clear that he's covered up time and time again on both large and small things. Unfortunately, more reports of children dying at the border, that fact being kept from the American people. More reports of courts overturning the President’s decision to intentionally obstruct investigations that are being conducted right now by the Oversight Committee, which has a constitutional duty to do just that. This week also, yet another court ordering yesterday that Deutsche Bank has to turn over financial records that, again, that not only Donald Trump but his family tried to cover up, tried to obstruct, and yet another investigation. So, this rolls on. John Heilemann, for Democrats, though, they can talk about all the different investigations — and I know that people in Middle America, we're told, don’t really care about the fact that the president obstructed justice and they don't really care about the fact that the president won’t turn over his tax returns and they don’t really care about the fact that we have an attorney general who commits perjury all the time, who lies all the time, who actually is lying about how the Mueller investigation started and is lying that it had everything to do with the Steele dossier.”
