Texas DPS: Shooter Was Suspicious to Others Dressed in All Black at the Valero Gas Station

MARTN: "We know he was seen at the Valero. It was -- he was obvious -- obviously suspicious to others based on the way he was dressed in all black. And that time I'm not sure if he had a mask on or not. But he -- he was wearing a black mask that had a white face, skull face to it. Then he drove across to the church and that’s when he exited the vehicle and started shooting."
