N. Korean Official: U.S. Let Otto Warmbier Die to Foster Anti-North Korean Sentiment

How can Americans think of that and not feel some kind of deep resentment about the country that arrested him and imprisoned him, didn’t let his family visit him, didn’t let the Swedish ambassador have consular access to him?" 
KANG-IL (translated): "The United States administration, or some people with a certain intention, let him die. This must be intended to foster and spread anti-Communist hatred within America.”
